- Only persons over the age of eighteen (18) years may participate in the Reseller program.
- No applications will be accepted from Webmasters from the following countries: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, El Salvador, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Trinidad, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, and Yugoslavia.
- Reseller ID may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. The posting, publication, transfer, assignment, sharing or dissemination of an Reseller ID or any other ID is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud, illegal activities, unfair or deceptive trade practices or violation of the Reseller Terms and Conditions (as amended) will result in immediate termination of your accounts.
- Any unlawful activities or activities that, within the sole and absolute discretion of Compu Dollars, may be or are harmful to its reputation, image, goodwill (including but not limited to inappropriate Usenet postings or spamming) will result in immediate termination. We reserve the right to know where your traffic come from.
- Illegal content is strictly prohibited. Illegal content includes, but is not limited to: minors, rape, and bestiality. This pertains to everything on the pages you use to drive traffic to any website within Compu Dollars Reseller Program.
- Compu Dollars Resellers are prohibited from sending any web traffic to any website within the Compu Dollars Reseller Program from any web pages with any content, on the web page or in its URL, that might infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to: warez, password selling or trading, copyright or trademark or other intellectual property infringement, privacy or right of publicity infringement, use of another's name or a variation thereof without express consent.
- Compu Dollars may terminate your Reseller's account at any time with or without cause, without prior notice.
- Violation of the Compu Dollars limited use license of trademarks and copyrighted materials is prohibited.
- Use of Compu Dollars trademarks and copyrighted materials to obtain any personal information of an Compu Dollars customer is strictly prohibited.
- Any failure or delay in the enforcement of the Compu Dollars Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver or modification of any terms hereof.
- Interpretation, modification, termination and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall, at all times, be within the sole and absolute discretion and control of Compu Dollars.
- Compu Dollars reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notification.
- Each Compu Dollars Reseller shall indemnify and hold Compu Dollars harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages (including attorney's fees) threatened or incurred as a result of the Reseller's activities.
- Each Compu Dollars Reseller acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to report, file, and pay any and all applicable taxes.
- No commissions will be paid on fraudulent or illegal transactions and payments may be withheld if fraud is suspected.
- By submitting an application to become an Compu Dollars Reseller, the services provided by Compu Dollars include certain communications from Compu Dollars, such as service announcements and administrative messages via email or postal mail.
- By submitting an application to become an Compu Dollars Reseller, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
